The COVID19 pandemic caused over six million deaths worldwide as of 2022 and made necessary the rapid development vaccines. objective this Systematic Literature Review is to summarise main evidence from economic evaluations vaccines against COVID19. Searches were conducted on PubMed July 13th 2022. selected papers considered vaccination scenarios without population limits. types study design examined cost-benefit cost-effectiveness analyses. Overall, 16 articles an initial list 1842 included in review. Out models, there five Markov cohort models (three them combined with a decision tree model), four dynamic transmission three microsimulation epidemiological (without further information model structure) one model. Model characteristics considerably consistent between high-, middle- or low-income countries. Five studies both healthcare societal perspective, while seven reported only former, latter.
